HVAC Sheets
HVAC operations · editable .xlsx files

HVAC spreadsheets built around the work

Find focused Excel templates for dispatch, service, estimates, installation projects, inventory and financial controls.

Follow the operating flow

Choose the sheet that matches the handoff

A bounded workbook is easier to review than one file trying to run calls, jobs, purchasing and accounting at once.

Incoming work

Schedule the right response

Dispatch organizes calls, windows, priority and assignment.

Field history

Connect equipment and visits

Service covers maintenance, agreements and follow-up.

Scope and price

Make assumptions visible

Estimates separates quantities, labor, materials and markup.

Actual results

Review cost and cash timing

Finance covers job cost, budgets and open balances.

Before entering live data

Prepare the sources behind the number

State the job, period, unit, cost basis and owner for each decision. A dispatch window depends on real capacity; an estimate depends on current scope and supplier quotes; job cost depends on authorized time and purchasing records.

Each template page describes the workbook that is actually available. Fictional examples demonstrate the structure; they do not represent a real contractor or guaranteed result.

Editorial portrait for Mara Keene
Service operations editor

Mara Keene

Mara structures workbook guidance for dispatch, preventive maintenance, service agreements, customer follow-up and field handoffs. Her editorial focus is making required inputs, status fields and workflow limits easy to review before a sheet is used in live operations.

Editorial portrait for Owen Calder
Estimating and controls editor

Owen Calder

Owen organizes explanations for estimates, job costing, labor and material tracking, purchasing and cash-flow controls. His editorial focus is clarifying assumptions, units, formulas and checks without presenting a workbook as accounting, engineering or code-compliance advice.

Common questions

Before using an HVAC template

Which files are available now?

The library and its counters include published templates only. A category may be empty while its files are still being prepared.

Do these sheets replace field service software?

No. They support defined reviews and workflows. Live routing, protected records, customer communication and technician access may need dedicated systems.

Can I change columns and formulas?

The files are editable. Keep the original and test changes because moving cells or deleting columns can break references.

How do I report a problem?

Use the contact form and include the page URL, worksheet or cell and observed result without sending customer or employee records.
